PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016

2- Nature of Data Processed, Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Nature of Data ProcessedConcerning to the purposes of the processing set out below, please note that only 'common personal data' will be processed such as, for example:

  • company identification data (company name, VAT number, tax code, type, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.);
  • personal data such as first name, surname, email, telephone number and city;
  • etc.

Purpose of the processing.

The data you provide through this site will be processed for the following purposes:

  • access to the various public sections of the site; there are no reserved access areas with registrations and logins;
  • reply to requests for appointments and/or opinions by voluntarily filling in the appropriate form in the contact areas;
  • fulfil obligations under the law or regulations;
  • protection of the data controller in court;
  • sending of the free calendar at the user's request via a special form.

Legal basis of processing.

The legal basis for the processing of the data lies in the necessity of the performance of the contract to which you are party or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or in the necessity of fulfilling a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
The consent you have given may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation (Article 7 paragraph 3 EU Regulation).

3- Types of data processed

The computer systems and softwares used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected by F & F srl.
The form made available on this website has the sole purpose of enabling site visitors to contact Studio Fontana & Fontana Infortunistica to make an appointment and/or formulate a request by sending their name, surname, email address and telephone number.

4- Methods of data processing

The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may be carried out using paper and electronic instruments both by the staff of the undersigned Company, authorised/charged with the processing of personal data, and by external parties called upon to carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Processors, pursuant to Art. 28 EU Regulation, subject to our letter of appointment imposing on them the duty of confidentiality and security in the processing of personal data, and the adoption of appropriate security measures to prevent loss of data, unlawful and incorrect use, and unauthorised access, in compliance with the provisions in force on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be disseminated and will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations, nor will it be disclosed to third parties except for legal or contractual obligations.

5- Data retention periods

Your personal data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with the principle of retention limitation set out in the EU Regulation and/or for as long as necessary for legal and contractual obligations or until you withdraw your specific consent.
If the purpose is fulfilled, F & F Srl undertakes to delete the personal data, without prejudice to their archiving as required by national or international law and by the protection of their rights.

6- Consequences of non-disclosure of data

Apart what is specified about navigation data, the provision of data is based on the consent of the person concerned, which is free and optional. Failure to give consent will result in Studio Fontana & Fontana Infortunistica being unable to contact you to book, change or cancel your appointment, or to send you e-mails for any communications following your request.

7- Rights of the data subject

You are granted the following rights, which you may exercise in accordance with the European Regulation and which are summarised below
A) Article 15. RIGHT OF ACCESS: 'The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to those data' ...(omissis);

C) Art. 17. RIGHT TO DELETION - RIGHT TO OBLIVION- "The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the removal of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase without undue delay the personal data.... (omissis)
D) Art. 18 RIGHT TO RESTRICT THE PROCESSING: "The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing when one of the following cases occurs " ... (omissis)
E) Art. 20 RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY - 'The data subject shall have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to a data controller and shall have the right to have those data transmitted to another data controller without hindrance by the controller to whom he or she has provided them' ... F) Article 21. RIGHT OF OPPOSITION - 'The data subject shall have the right to oppose at any time, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (e) or (f)' .... (omissis)
G) The right to know the persons, external to the data controller, who process your data in their capacity as data processors on the basis of Art. 28 (Art 13 c.1,e)
H) The right to revoke, at any time, the consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation (Art. 13 c.2,c).
In addition, you are also granted the following rights:
I) The right to file a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (www.Garanteprivacy.it) if you consider that the processing of your data is in violation of the legislation in force (Art. 13.c 2, let.d)

Without any formality, you may at any time exercise your rights clearly and explicitly by sending:
